Wilden’s Pro-Flo X HS (hygienic series) stainless steel line of Air-Operated Double-Diaphragm Pumps has been designed specifically to deliver the sanitary performance that is necessary in a wide variety of food-processing operations.
The Pro-Flo X HS pumps offer the versatility, safety and capability needed to efficiently pump the full range of viscosities, solids and shear-sensitive products that are used in food processing. These pumps have been engineered to meet the highest sanitary standards and requirements in the food-processing industry, including those spelled out by EHEDG, 3A, CE, ATEX. USP Class VI and FDA CFR 21.177
Wilden Pro-Flo X HS Air-Operated Double-Diaphragm Pumps do not contain any mechanical seals or rotating parts. This design eliminates any nooks and crannies where product components can be trapped and compromise the sanitary operation of the pump. The Saniflo pumps also feature integral-piston PTFE diaphragms, which enhance the cleanability of the pump’s liquid path. The Saniflo’s components are constructed of passivated 316L stainless steel, while it also features Wilden’s patent-pending Pro-Flo X air-distribution system (ADS) that allows the user to control flow rates with the turn of a dial, resulting in reduced energy usage and true cost savings.
